How much does ordering cost (shipping/processing fee included)?

We work with your club to determine the pricing on all uniform apparel and equipment. All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, however, there is a $10 processing fee included. Processing includes the printing and packaging. For any order less than $50, we offer flat rate standard shipping for $8.


Can I place an order after the deadline?

Yes, orders are accepted all year. However, the order deadline helps ensure that orders are shipped to you before July 31st or the start of your season. If you place your order after the deadline, it may arrive after July 31st. 


How is my order processed?

Orders are processed in batches by club. We determine the order based on the date your club’s season starts, which your admin has provided us. Orders placed prior to each club’s ordering deadline have priority. If your club does not have an order deadline, it may still take up to 5 weeks to process your order. 

Partial Orders

Due to Covid-19, we are still facing shipping/delivery delays from suppliers. If this happens with your order, we will start by shipping the items we do have in stock. Once we receive the items that were delayed, we will ship them out as soon as we can.


Where can I try on a uniform?

The Soccer Project provides each club with uniform samples. Please contact your club admin to see if they have uniform samples available to try on. If you are unable to try on a uniform, please check our size charts.


What size am I?

Please view our size chart prior to ordering your player’s uniform to ensure you are ordering the correct size. Size charts are found on each product page.


My size does not appear on the site?

If a size shows as sold out, you may need to select an alternative size. Any item out of stock will take up to 5 weeks to come back in stock. We strongly recommend finding an alternative size if you need that item right away.


I have a female player but all of the sizes are listed as Youth or Adult?

The youth and adult sizes are sometimes considered to be unisex. Womens sizes are not always offered by the supplier. All of the uniform samples provided to your clubs are the same as what is offered on the site. 


What is the difference between a personalized and non-personalized item?

An item is considered personalized when it has a number printed on it. A non-personalized item is any item that does not have a personalized number. 


Can personalized items be returned?

Personalized items are made especially for you, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Please be sure to order the correct size and input the correct preassigned number. 


Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, you must email Customer Service ( If an order has already been printed and is through production, it cannot be cancelled. 


Can I exchange my order? 

Personalized items cannot be exchanged unless the delivered product is damaged or faulty. We accept exchanges for non-personalized items within 14 days of the delivery. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at


What happens if my package is damaged upon receipt?

If you receive a package that is damaged and the products have been altered in any way, please email Customer Service ( for further assistance.


 What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact for further assistance. 


 The number or patch is peeling off my jersey, how can that get replaced? 

The Soccer Project will fix number or patch issues for free. Please contact for further assistance.


How long will it take to receive a replacement item?

It may take up to 2 weeks to receive an exchanged item or to replace a faulty/damaged item. If your item is not in stock, we can send a replacement in another size or provide a full refund for your item.
