  • Can personalized items be returned?

    • Personalized items, including Sporting Kansas City Youth Affiliate collections, are made especially for you, so any personalized item cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Please make sure you order the correct size and proof your personalized order prior to purchasing.
    • If you wish to cancel an order, you must email Customer Service (customerservice@thesoccerproject.com) within 2 hours of your order.
    • If the product delivered is damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange the item for the same personalized product.
      • Can limited edition products be returned?

        • Since we only order a reserved number of limited-edition products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to re-stocking and inventory management.
        • What size am I?

          • We want you to live the authentic lifestyle without the hassle of guessing whether your gear will fit, that is why each product page includes sizing information relative to the product.
          • Please read the sizing chart prior to ordering a product to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

        Delivery/Shipping

        • How much does shipping cost?

          • No matter the size of the order, we offer flat rate standard shipping for $8.  We also offer Express 2-Day shipping on all orders for $15.
        • What are your shipping options?

          • Whether you’re needing your gear in a month or by the end of the week, we offer ground shipping for a flat rate for all orders, while also offering 2-Day Express shipping.
        • Do you ship internationally?

          • At the moment, soccer project only ships to all 50 U.S states and Puerto Rico.
        • How can I track my order?

          • Your soccer project order will be at your doorstep before you know it. After your order has been received, you will receive an email from us that includes order confirmation.
          • Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, a second email will be sent containing your tracking information.
        • What happens if my package is damaged upon receipt?

          • If you receive a package that is damaged and the products have been altered in any way, please email our Customer Service (customerservice@thesoccerproject.com) for further assistance.
        • What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

          • Sorry about that. Please email our Customer Service (customerservice@thesoccerproject.com) for further assistance.

        Return

        • What is your return policy?

          • We hope you enjoy your soccer project gear, but if needed we will accept eligible items for a full refund or exchange 30 days from purchase.
          • After 30 days, we will accept eligible items up to 60 days from purchase for store credit.
          • In order to cover cost, we will deduct our Standard Flat Rate Shipping of $8 from your refund or store credit.
          • We do not accept any returns on personalized items as well as limited release items or customized Sporting Kansas City Youth Affiliate collections. We will inform you prior to purchasing whether an item is a limited release item.
        • How will I know if you’ve received my returned item?

          • You will receive an email from Customer Service when your item has been processed and your refund or store credit has been credited to your account.
        • How long will it take to receive a refund?

          • That’s a tricky question, but usually refunds can take up to 2 weeks.   It all depends on how long it takes our warehouse to receive your item. 
        • How long will it take to receive a replacement item?

          • It also may take up to two weeks to receive an exchanged item or replace a faulty or damaged item.  If the product is not available, we can provide a full refund on eligible items or assign you store credit for the full product amount.
